Dear Chris and Kassen,
Thank you. Thank you for being warm, welcoming and so clearly in love and excited about your wedding day. You reminded me why I love capturing images of couples that are engaged... because your affection and tenderness with each other is so natural... so beautiful. Lately, my days have been mostly filled with chasing a one year old, so it was just such a treat to have my camera in hand again and feel these images flow. As I look as this compilation of some favorite images from our time together, a great joy fills my heart for the gift that I pray they will be to you both and your families. These are just phenomenal!! Amy, I've quietly followed your blog ever since I met you when you stepped into Tamara's studio to have lunch with Rachel Garrison (I worked as the associate photographer there at the time). Anyway, when Chris and Kassen needed a DC-based photographer, I said they must see your work! I was excited to see you had a new post last night, and it was such a surprise to see that it was Chris and Kassen's shoot! Your work is perfection. Thank you.
