Hello and welcome. I'm a lifestyle/editorial photographer now based Grand Forks, North Dakota of all places. After starting my business in Charlotte, NC and bouncing around the Southeast, we are embarking on a new adventure in a a whole new part of the country. My goal is to capture the beauty of life as you know it. My passion is to create images that celebrate life and emotion with a fresh and modern style. I'm happy to share my journey with you here on my site.

Last night we sat outside for dinner, which is something that I love about living here because the light turns that magical hue so much later in the day. We are trying to soak up these lingering, golden evenings since once winter comes we certainly won't have this luxury. So, as the sun sifted through the shade tree in our backyard I watched Charlie fiddle with his "new" 4x4 (thank you thank you Kristen!!)... pushing it along and stopping to "examine" in. Then our sweet neighbor Amelia hopped on and showed him how it was done.

We also managed to devour a few of these - homemade s'mores with raspberry Ghirdelli chocolates. Deelish. Thank you to Annie's Eats for this dessert inspiration! I've never made homemade marshmallows or graham crackers so this was a creative challenge well worth the extra effort.
