These 2 sisters are the picture of summer so I had to share since they totally go with the theme of how I'm feeling right now! Mackenzie, the older sister, just signed on with a modeling agency in Charlotte so this is just a sneak peek at some of her gorgeousness.... and her little sister, Madison, just might have a bright future in modeling too because she was eating up the camera too!
Happy SUMMER!! I probably won't have a chance to blog again until next week, and by then I'll be able to share fun pics of our cutie new house - ah!
The first time I shot alongside Jen, I knew that we would be fast friends, but when I read her post about the nerves she was feeling as she prepared for our photo shoot.... I felt even more of a heart connection with her. What is it about us a photographers? We find so much joy in finding the beauty in others, but have such a hard time seeing it in ourselves, hmmmm. I hope and pray that she sees her beauty in these images. AH. I have delighted in these images and am honored to share them now....
Well done Mrs. Free! Chris told me that you guys were shooting together. You did a fantastic job! What can I say, I hate getting in front of the camera myself. (HATE IT) Hope your well, see you soon.

(06.08.09 @ 04:07 PM)"Oh, the places you'll go! There is fun to be done!
There are points to be scored. there are games to be won.
You have brains in your head.
You have feet in your shoes
You can steer yourself
any direction you choose.
You're on your own. And you know what you know.
And YOU are the guy who'll decide where to go."
In all seriousness though, meeting Colin and Preston and their amazing family, it makes me so excited for the path that they are both setting out on. So as they both embark the adventure of college and their futures, this is what I have to say about them...
"And will you succeed? Yes! You will, indeed! (98 and 3 / 4 percent guaranteed.) KID, YOU'LL MOVE MOUNTAINS! So... be your name Buxbaum or Bixby or Bray or Mordecai Ali Van Allen O'Shea, you're off to Great Places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So...get on your way!"
