As I was editing this Joshua Radin song (i'd rather be with you) was playing and I thought it fit just right...
I need to be bold
Need to jump in the cold water
Need to grow older with a girl like you
Finally see you are naturally
The one to make it so easy
When you show me the truth
Yeah, I'd rather be with you
Say you want the same thing too
This is a couple who knows what it means to wait for a good thing because they were friends for a long time before deciding to start to date and its clear that their friendship is the foundation for their love. They are getting married this summer in the Dominican Republic and it sounds like its going to be an ah-mazing celebration of their future together. Their interaction was awesome to capture and I think its fair to say that they are nothing short of sizzling in these images. Thank you guys for such a fun shoot!

(03.23.09 @ 10:06 AM)Amy, you did an amazing job capturing my sister and the love she has for JD. I have to say I really like the black and whites pictures and the off-centered ones with the dogs and her ring. I will have to keep you in mind for when it's my turn to have the happiness she has found. Thank You for doing such a wonderful job on her engagement photos.

(02.27.09 @ 02:31 PM)Ross and I celebrated Valentine's on Friday since I had the privilege of shooting alongside the gloriously delightful and fun Sharon Clark for a wedding on Saturday. Man, that girl is amazing! Fellow photographer Jen Hunt was also there, and it was just an unbelievable experience all around.
Make sure you see Sharon's whole slew of awesomeness from the day here, but here are a few fun tidbits that I caught from the sidelines...
